I have been endorsing a product recently which I really believe in, one which has helped me go from a size 16 to a size 10. I won’t lie to you, although I eat well (most of the time) and favour juicing wheatgrass to keep me healthy instead of finding a pill for every ill, I must admit I do get Botox to help me look fresh.

Stay-cations suit me down to the ground but when I head abroad I like to support Irish-owned travel operator Sunway who’s service and prices are unbeatable.

So far I’ve travelled twice with them to a small port called Carvoeiro in Portugal’s Algarve, once to the gorgeous Monte Santo Resort and most recently to the equally gorgeous Val Da Lapa Resort.

Either place I’d return to in a heartbeat; especially with the cold weather in Ireland, I crave heat!
